Shipping and lead times
Our delivery is fast and reliable; you get your jumps promptly and fully assembled. We take great care in wrapping and shipping your items so that they arrive exactly as we created them. Or, please stop by our shop to pick up your new orders from our location and check out our inventory and used equipment.
Most products are made specifically for each customer, and will take 3-6 weeks depending on the size of your order and time of year.
We do keep some equipment in stock that will ship upon order.
If customers are in New England + NY, deliveries may be fulfilled by EMS Jumps otherwise deliveries will be made via freight.
Freight charges are based on the quantity of equipment ordered & distance from our locations.
